For those of you not in the know, Every Kid Healthy Week 2016 is coming to an end! Every Kid Healthy is an annual celebration of school health and wellness, brought to you by Action for Healthy Kids. All week, we've been compiling health resources dedicated to making children across the globe more informed about their health needs. Go beyond the last week in April and celebrate wellness all year round with these resources:

Video Resources

Have a minor health concern? Want to know more before heading to the doctor? Check out the MyKidMinute videos from Cook Children's Health Care System to know if and when you should be worried about common symptoms. KidsHealth.org and TeensHealth.org have several videos on a range of topics, from hand-washing to basic surgical procedures. There's a section for parents, too.

Top Pediatric Twitter Users

There are a plethora of great pediatric resources on Twitter: Medscape Pediatrics, NCC Pediatrics, JAMA Pediatrics and the American Academy of Pediatrics, to name a few. You'll also see phenomenal content from Boston Children's Hospital, Seattle Children's Hospital, HealthyChildren.org, The Kid's Doctor, and Dr. Alan Greene. Tweet these docs and organizations if you have questions, need more resources, or want to keep up with kids' health news!
