eVisit Webinar Featuring Forrester Designed to Help Healthcare Leaders Pivot to Long-Term Virtual Care Strategies

Written by Mardi Larson | Sep 22, 2021

According to The Forrester Wave™: Virtual Care Platforms for Digital Health Q1, 2021 Report, Virtual Care has become a core component of consumer-clinician engagement. Forrester estimates that the Virtual Care market will reach $43 billion in 2021, with up to 480 million virtual ambulatory encounters. On the supply side, more than 50 percent of practicing physicians plan to make Virtual Care a permanent part of their care models for patients.

All signs point to sustained consumer engagement and continued investment from healthcare organizations (HCOs) that will make Virtual care a mainstream service.

Most U.S.-based healthcare organizations are now shifting from short-term Virtual Care approaches quickly put in place when the pandemic hit to long-term strategies. With a goal to enable Virtual Care and hybrid care, many HCOs are finding that the quick-fix solutions they put in place 18 months ago aren’t sustainable.

This FREE webinar will be held Nov. 3, 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET, and  is designed to deliver practical approaches to help HCO leaders shift toward long-term Virtual Care approaches.

Featuring Forrester’s Daniel Hong, who is VP, Research Director, leading the team that recently published the report — The Forrester Wave™: Virtual Care Platforms for Digital Health, Q1 2021, which names eVisit the only Leader among the Virtual Care platforms evaluated.

In this fireside chat-style webinar, Hong and Miles Romney, Co-Founder and CTO of eVisit, will talk about best practices for Virtual Care programs and key considerations that HCOs need to focus on when it comes to evaluating technology platforms and partners. A Q&A session will be included.
