- Web content accessibility updates
- Update the eVisit platform to be more accessible allowing for more equitable access to healthcare.
- Flexible visit price
- Set the visit price based off if the patient has supported insurance or is using self pay.
- Insurance flow updates
- User experience enhancements to the insurance flow to help reduce patient drop-off during intake.
Bluestream Specific Updates:
- Clinician awareness of when telephony to video permission is denied
- Clinicians can quickly be informed of the issue (denied hardware permissions) and instruct patients on what they need to do to remedy the issue.
- Provider name displayed on completed consults queue
- Ensure continuity of patient care by extending the display of the provider’s name on the visit cards once the visit is complete.
- Bluestream call connectivity enhancements
- This feature will provide visibility to the user when a network issue is detected. It will also provide the user both an automatic and manual way to fix the failed network connection.
