We’re excited to share eVisit's upcoming June 2023 product release, which further simplifies healthcare delivery to everyone, everywhere.
These updates focus on improving the user experience through updated user interfaces and simplifying navigation through the platform. You'll see changes in the login page, provider visit history page, patients page, check-in page, and ways to contact eVisit's technical support.
The most impactful change you'll see is eVisit's Virtual Triage Center, which is an evolution of our waiting room management. eVisit’s Virtual Triage Center can support virtual care delivery workflows across a range of use cases, including primary and specialty ambulatory care, as well as hybrid care and behavioral health, supporting the transformation from a model where
one healthcare provider serves one patient to a model where multiple providers can serve many patients simultaneously.
eVisit will release the following features as part of the June Release:
Virtual Triage Center - The next evolution from the “Waiting Room Management'' feature is eVisit’s “Virtual Triage Center.” The Virtual Triage Center reflects the need for a waiting room balancing, better usability, and greater personalization. The list of visits on the Visit History page is being redesigned to use a new table layout for managing visits.
Login Page Redesign - The redesign of the Login pages for both all users and everything that encompasses it.
Login - Contact eVisit's Technical Support - Updates to the login page that will allow users to have more options when needing technical support.
Provider Visit History Page - The list of visits on the Visit History page is being redesigned to use a new table layout for managing visits.
Patient Visit History Redesign - The list of visits on the Visit History page is being redesigned to use a new table layout for managing visits.
Care Team View of Patient List - Improvements to navigating the patient list to make it even easier to use.
Check-In Page - Advocate Role - Update allows for easier logins into patient account by Advocate Role.
